What I do?
I do a lot of problem solving. Working with people to find solutions to difficulties at work so they can do their best work whilst maintaining good physical and mental health.
Some examples of what I can do:
Help find changes: Identify ways to make work easier or better.
Support in asking for changes: Guide you in requesting these changes.
Create Easy Read documents: Simplify call sheets and other materials for easier understanding.
Advice on accessibility and inclusion: Suggest best practices, like using inclusive language.
Connect to support services: Direct you to resources like Access to Work or where to find accessible trailers.

What I look Like:
I’m a woman in my 30s with light brown skin, I’m about 5ft 7 (170cm), and my hair is either in twists or in an afro.
