Description text goes hereStella is a single mother of 2 and of Malawian heritage, born in Britain and residing in Hull since 1995 from Crystal Palace, London. She has studied in Hull through to the completion of her BA Hons in Social Work. Currently working as the Racial Inclusion Campaign Lead for the Warren Youth Project in Hull after co-founding the Black Heritage Collective during the COVID 19 Pandemic.
Now proudly holds 10 years experience of working within a variety of social sectors including mental health, early and chronic substance use, recovery and addiction, criminal Justice and probation and with Refugee/Asylum Seeker Children & Families across Hull & East Riding.

Yssi is a neurodiverse, solo mother of Jamaican and British heritage. Raised in London by her deaf parents she has lived and worked in Hull for the past fifteen years. She is an Inclusion and Access consultant, as well as a Creative Producer working on community led projects that support people who experience societal barriers access creative opportunities.
She was a founding member of The Black Heritage collective, and Make Noise, and also works as a music producer, sound engineer and artist.

Training
We design and deliver bespoke training, addressing how Racism affects your industry whilst developing with you the tools and drive to becoming Antiracist.

Consultancy
Tailored consultancy on all thing antiracist and it’s intersections. Consulting with you and to develop innovative, inspiring and inclusive practice, and how working with you to implement and adapt successful strategies that promote affective ways of working embedding an inclusive and rewarding practice.
Campaigns & Projects
We co-produce, design and support campaigns and project that work with communities to make positive change and to challenge injustices and marginalising systems and practices.
